Job Description:
1. Supervise and coordinate the day to day operational activities,includes daily order receiving and implement, POD management
2. Follow both customer service requirement and company operation flow
3. Overall manage operation team(about 10 people) and delivery team(more than 30 people),develop team’s capabilities and skills, organize and conduct staff evaluation to achieve company targets
4. Van management and maintenance with providing monthly report and analysis
5. Effectively handle and resolve the problems or emergencies to grantee timely execution of transportation
6.Establish and maintain a consistent and effective KPI management system, perform and analyze KPI report as needed
7.Constantly seek new ideas and provide new suggestions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
8.Other tasks as assigned by GM
Requirement:
1.Above 8-10 years of background experience in logistic related field
2.Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all members
3.Strong knowledge of logistics transportation management for efficient service delivery
4.3+ years supervisory experience is a plus
5.Good communication skills.
6.Fluent both in oral and writing English
7.Living nearby Pudong airport is a plus
